Who We Are

For more than 80 years, Ashland Hardware Systems has been a leading provider of residential window and door hardware to the fenestration industry. We supply hardware to hundreds of wood and vinyl window/door fabricators throughout North America, including virtually all nationally recognized brands.

We have over 400 employees and are headquartered in Irving, Texas, with manufacturing facilities in Monterrey, Mexico, and centralized distribution in Freeport, IL.

Ashland differentiates itself by being an innovator in all hardware categories, including Hung Window Hardware, Casement Window Hardware, and Patio Door Hardware, making us a major supplier for all three categories. We hold a large library of intellectual property and many of our key products have strong patent protection.

Our go-to-market strategy is to provide engineered solutions to meet our customer’s requirements. We do this by designing our hardware to fit the customer’s specific application and manufacturing to precise tolerances. Aligned with all AAMA certification standards, we also perform rigorous in-house testing backing up our integrated Limited Warranty.
